And I think there's a lot of bad information and advice about it out there.  I see it dished out in forums over and over again.  The truth is, like any tool it depends on the capabilities it has and how it's used as to whether it's good or bad.  And whether it's worthwhile to use..  so what one person says from their experience isn't going to necessary reflect how others are using or benefiting from them.
