Hello!  How's it going?

Just a couple of quick things you might be interested to know.

Besides finishing moving content here and closing my Blast blog officially this last day, I've also made some on-site improvements to help with navigation and the flow of this site.

Improvement #1

Up until today I had a separate page as a launching point for the content here at Niche Wisdom.  (Content Menu Item and Page)

I have phased that out, eliminated the menu item and all content now starts and can be accessed from the home page.  Menu is on the right side bar.

Improvement #2

New Menu Structure for content! (found on the right sidebar)

Now when you go to any of the menu items listed (which are in effect 'sections' of NW) a sub-menu will open with the various categories you can then browse.  So we have a better silo navigation structure.  Where you drill down from the broad topics into sub-topics.  This should make it much easier to 'get' to the content you are interested in!

Improvement #3

This one is actually an accidental discovery.  I was having issues with the sub-menus displaying and to diagnose the problem I turned off the modules and functions that cached pages and modules on the site.

Guess what?  The sub-menus started displaying...  and then I had an accidental result!  The site started loading faster! 

What's that mean?  Maybe there was a conflict somewhere?  Probably...

...but hopefully this also means Niche Wisdom will be easier to navigate AND crawl.

Final Thoughts

I hope you enjoy these improvements.  I'm excited as this brings me even closer to my goal of making Niche Wisdom THE place to go for Niche Marketing Info and Strategies on the web!!
